CREATE YOUR DREAM BAKERY

 

      In the third level year, most of the theory assignments will be project based.  The overall project will revolve around you creating your ideal pastry/bake shop.  The initial parts of the project will encorporate ideas you have learned last year and tie those ideas into your own establishment.  The rest of the projects will make use of the remainder of the upper level baking tasks and a good portion of the Career and Work Tasks, both of which are needed to complete the baking and pastry arts program at Central Montco.
